- BangaloreWhat you are expected to do:From day one, the candidate will impact productivity, streamline strategic initiatives, oversee program management, and communicate objectives between departments.Key responsibilities involve (but are not limited to): Core responsibilities :
- Act as a key strategic advisor to the CEO and senior management team- Act as a project manager for high level, cross functional projects across businesses- Serve as a subject matter expert, handling inquiries and developing action plans to address them- Help define SOPs for multiple segments of the organization- Help develop the strategic roadmap for Practo and consequent programs, including those that are underway and new initiatives- Foresee and escalate issues that may come up, suggest alternate solutions to the CEO/ program team, drive decision making on the same- Program management- Help define key deliverables from all programs, metrics to be measured/ milestones and track progress in close coordination with program teams- Help define ways to improve delivery of key metrics of the organization and of programs- Ensure timely and effective completion of projects and initiatives of the CEO- Create and maintain systems and processes to streamline operations- Stakeholder engagement and communication- Understand key stakeholders in the system and the engage with them on business decisions and strategy- Act as the liaison between CEO and other stakeholders to ensure clear and consistent communication & decision makingWhat are we looking for:Basic qualifications:
- You should have overall 4+ yrs of experience both pre & post MBA and should have 2+ years of working experience in tier 1 consulting firm
- MBA from top tier B-School in India & pre MBA 2 +yrs of experience in Consulting/ Strategy/Sales /Finance /Marketing- Ability to contribute to discussions about technology and strategy of a product- Experience leading cross-functional teams to deliver products customers love- Demonstrated capability of delivering products in a complex and fast-paced environment using agile processes

- Experience in healthcare sector preferred (At a provider, Health-tech, pharma, diagnostics, etc. or in a start-up) Desirable Traits:- Extremely versatile, dedicated, and a high output efficiency- Integrity / ethics / morals and values consistent with those of Practo- Personal and professional credibility needed to build and maintain strong internal and external relationships- Desire to be involved in the community; an optimistic and engaging personalityWhat's in it for you:
