- Execution Excellence: Lead the end-to-end setup, monitoring, and optimization of performance campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, and other digital channels.
- Search & PMax Specialist: Own the performance of Keyword Search Ads (KSA) and Dynamic Search Ads (DSA). Drive cross-channel growth by managing and scaling Performance Max (PMax) campaigns.
- Data Analytics & RCA: Regularly perform Root Cause Analysis (RCA) on campaign data to identify performance gaps.
- Budget Tracking: Closely monitor daily spends and performance metrics to ensure budgets are utilized efficiently with minimal wastage.
- Funnel Optimization: Analyze the user journey from ad impression to conversion, identifying bottlenecks and recommending improvements for landing pages and lead quality.
- Cross-functional Support: Work closely with Design and Content teams to refresh ad creatives and with the Analytics team to ensure seamless tracking via GTM and GA4.
- Reporting: Create and maintain detailed performance dashboards that provide transparency into ROI and acquisition costs.
