Oversee the accuracy of disclosures in alignment with regulatory standards.

Assist in company valuation and readiness for investor presentations.

Provide insights into market trends and potential investor expectations

Ensure ongoing compliance with listing obligations and disclosure requirements.

Manage relationships with stock exchanges and regulatory bodies.

Establish and maintain robust investor relations practices.

Provide timely financial updates to shareholders and analysts

Prepare quarterly and annual financial reports as required for a publicly listed company.

Oversee audit processes and ensure transparency in reporting.

Develop and manage annual budgets, forecasts, and financial models.

Ensure compliance with direct and indirect tax regulations.

Optimize tax strategies to maximize financial efficiency.

Strengthen internal controls and risk management frameworks.
