Job Description
- As a Sales & Customer Service representative, your primary responsibility will be to drive store sales and exceed sales targets. You will be expected to provide exceptional customer service and personalized fashion advice to ensure customers have an outstanding shopping experience. Monitoring and analyzing sales performance to identify opportunities for growth will also be a key part of your role.
This is a Full-time, Permanent position with benefits including health insurance, life insurance, paid sick time, and Provident Fund. The schedule for this role is a Day shift with a fixed shift pattern. In addition to the base salary, there is a performance bonus component based on achieving set targets.
