This is a Full-Time position based in Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh, India, with the opportunity for growth and development within our organization. We are looking for candidates with 1 to 3 years of experience in insurance sales.
Qualifications And Skills

• 1-3 years of experience in insurance sales
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
• 
  Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to understand and analyze customer needs
• Excellent negotiation and persuasion skills
• Knowledge of insurance products and market trends
• Good computer skills and proficiency in MS Office
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Customer-focused mindset and solution-oriented approach
