Position Summary:
As a Junior IT Recruiter at PranaTree LLC, you will support the full recruitment cycle for IT positions. In this role, you will assist in sourcing, screening, and onboarding candidates while collaborating with hiring managers and recruitment teams across the US, Dubai, and India. This is an ideal opportunity for someone early in their recruiting career who is passionate about talent acquisition and wants to develop further in a global organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Full-Cycle Recruitment Support: Assist in managing the end-to-end recruitment process from sourcing to onboarding.
- Sourcing: Identify candidates through platforms like LinkedIn, job boards, and social media, under the guidance of senior recruiters.
- Interviewing & Screening: Conduct initial candidate screenings and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
- Database Management: Help maintain and update recruitment databases, ensuring candidate details are well-documented.
- s: Assist in creating clear, attractive job descriptions in collaboration with senior recruiters and hiring managers.
- Scheduling Interviews: Coordinate and schedule interviews across multiple time zones (primarily US Eastern Time).
- Candidate Experience: Ensure a smooth and positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
- Collaboration: Work closely with senior recruiters and teams across the US, Dubai, and India to meet hiring goals.
- Reporting & Metrics: Track basic recruitment metrics such as number of candidates sourced and interviewed.
Requirements:
- Experience:1-3 years of IT recruiting experience, preferably in a remote or global setting.
- Location: Remote, with preference for candidates based in Chennai, India.
- Work Hours: Ability to work US Eastern Time hours.
- Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
Skills:
- Experience using sourcing platforms like LinkedIn and job boards.
- Basic understanding of writing job descriptions and recruitment best practices.
- Familiarity with candidate management systems or recruitment databases.
- Ability to work independently with support from senior team members.
- Good organizational and multitasking abilities.
