Job Description
- You must be in Delhi-NCR (hiring zone only) while working. Night Shift (Rotational) should be comfortable working from the office.
We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Inbound Sales Agent to join our sales team. The Inbound Sales Agent will be responsible for managing incoming calls and emails from potential customers, providing excellent customer service, and driving sales. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to work well in a team environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound sales calls and emails from potential customers
- Provide information about our products and services to potential customers
- Identify customer needs and recommend products and services that meet those needs
- Upsell and cross-sell products and services to increase sales revenue
- Meet or exceed monthly sales targets
- Follow up with customers via phone and email to close sales
- Collaborate with other members of the sales team to achieve overall sales goals
- Attend training sessions and product demonstrations to stay up-to-date on product knowledge
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree preferred
- Proven sales experience, preferably in an inbound sales role

- Proficiency with CRM software and Microsoft Office
