Education – should be MBA- Finance, M.com, CA- Interest, ICW- Interest
Roles & Responsibility -

A. ACCOUNTS -
1. Accounts Payable

• Follow up Bill


• Receive Bill and Create GRN (if Service or Material)


• Pay the Vendor via cheque /NEFT


• Keep Vendor wise payment statement


• Keep update Vendor Clearing Function in SAP

2. Accounts Receivable

• Raise Bill as per our work order


• Follow up payment receipt from customer


• Keep customer wise receipt statement


• Prepare documentation (if required) to be submitted along with bill

– Keep update Customer Clearing Function in SAP
3. Documentation

• Work Order Register


• Purchase Order Register


• Expenses (service/material), Income, Capital bifurcation and entry in books


• GST Filing


• Capital Good Inventory


• Internal Audit of vigilance


• Statutory compliance of company (follow up with CS and CA)

4. Taxation

• Preparation of GST working (Sales + Purchases + etc)


• GST return filling



• Excise Knowledge


• Service Tax Knowledge

5. Other Accounting works

• Help in all routing accounting work as well as audit work.

Computer Skills – The candidate should be well versed in :
1. MS office
2. SAP
Languages – Marathi, Hindi and English communication.
Submission with CV and Photo – 10, 10+2 and Graduate Marksheets
