Job Description
- As a Customer Service Representative in Malad West, Mumbai, you will be responsible for handling customer queries efficiently and professionally. You will need to provide excellent service and support to customers across various channels while maintaining accurate records of customer interactions.
The ideal candidate for this position is a graduate fresher with strong communication and interpersonal skills. You should be willing to work in rotational shifts and must be fluent in English. Both male and female candidates are welcome to apply for this full-time, permanent position.
Working days are 5 days a week with rotational shifts and rotational week off. The salary offered for this role is up to 35,000 per month. Candidates comfortable with working from the office in Malad West and those who can join immediately are preferred.
This role does not support relocation candidates. Fluency in English is mandatory for effective communication with customers. The work location will be in person in Malad West, Mumbai.
