About the Role

We are looking for an experienced US IT Recruiter to support our talent acquisition efforts for US-based clients. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in sourcing, screening, and closing IT professionals across multiple skill sets and visa categories.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle end-to-end US IT recruitment for contract and full-time roles
• Work on W2, C2C, and 1099 hiring models
• Source candidates through portals like Dice, LinkedIn, Monster, etc.
• Screen candidates for technical fit, communication, and client requirements
• Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers
• Maintain strong pipeline for niche IT skills
• Negotiate pay rates and closing offers quickly
• Ensure compliance with US staffing guidelines and documentation

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Proven experience in US IT Staffing and Recruitment
• Strong knowledge of visa types (H1B, OPT, CPT,H4EAD,GC EAD, GC, USC)
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Preferred Skills

• Experience with MSP/VMS clients

Work Location Policy

• Candidates located in Hyderabad must work onsite
• Candidates from other states can work remote initially, with possible relocation or onsite requirement later
