About The Role
As the Manager, HR you will be responsible for managing and driving all aspects of the day-today HR operation and activities within the Resort including but not limited to onboarding, compliance, HRMS, managing colleague data and files. Additionally, the manager will manage and oversee various HR assignments, program and process related to HR Services in the Resort. The role will work closely with the HR functions and business to deliver regular HR support to our colleagues.

The perfect candidate should have a relevant bachelor’s degree. Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (CIPD) Certification Level 7. 10+ years in Human Resources with a minimum 5 years in a Human Resources Manager or HRBP position. Proficiency in all MS Office Programs, Internet, Oracle HRMS Systems SAP Preferred. Organizational skills, advanced communication and writing skills, previous International experience preferred, Professional and well groomed. Passionate, personable, friendly, and dedicated, advanced admin skills and potentially a second language written and spoken
