Role Description:
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Chennai for an Education Counselor Sales at President Education.
In this role you will guide students through the educational opportunities offered by the organization, particularly our international immersion programs. You will help students identify suitable programs aligned with their academic background and career aspirations, explain program details, and build strong relationships with prospective candidates.
Key Responsibilities:
- Make daily outbound calls to students and detailed information about program structure, benefits, and outcomes.
- Conduct counseling sessions via phone, online meetings, or in person.
- Assist candidates throughout the admission and enrollment process.
- Maintain regular follow-ups with leads to convert them into enrollments.
- Work in a target-driven sales environment and achieve weekly and monthly enrollment targets.
- Maintain proper records of student interactions and application progress.
The ideal candidate should possess strong communication and persuasion skills, a passion for education, and the ability to thrive in a results-oriented sales role.

Qualifications
- Minimum 2+ years of proven experience in education sales or student counseling, with a strong track record of achieving enrollment targets.
- Strong skills in educational consulting, providing professional guidance to students regarding academic and career opportunities.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to effectively engage, counsel, and convert prospective students.
- Target-oriented and result-driven mindset, with the ability to work in a fast-paced sales environment.
- Proactive attitude, strong problem-solving abilities, and the capability to work collaboratively within a team.
