Develop creative event concepts aligned with UB Citys lifestyle, luxury & cultural positioning.

Identify trends in art, fashion, food, music, luxury experiences, etc., and convert them into unique event ideas.

2. Event Property (IP) Management

Strategically manage and enhance legacy events to maintain consistency and quality.

Build new event properties that can be scaled annually or seasonally.

Work with brands, designers, artists and partners to co-create compelling experiences.

3. End-to-End Planning & Execution

Ensure execution excellence with attention to detail, guest experience, safety, logistics & timelines.

4. Budgeting & Financial Performance

Prepare and manage event budgets; ensure cost efficiency and strong ROI.

Identify sponsorship, partnership and revenue opportunities to offset event costs.

5. Vendor / Partner / Artist Relation

Source, onboard and manage vendors, performers, agencies and creative partners.

Lead vendor negotiations, contracts and delivery oversight.

6. Marketing & Promotions Support

Collaborate with the marketing team on promotional plans to maximize event reach.

Support PR and communications leading up to and during events.

7. Audience Engagement & Experience

Curate events that deliver premium guest experience aligned with UB Citys brand values.

Monitor audience feedback, engagement metrics and brand sentiment post-event.

8. Analytics & Reporting

Prepare post-event analysis covering objectives, attendance, media coverage, engagement KPIs and financial outcomes.
