Role DescriptionThis is a full-time, on-site role for a Key Account Sales Manager based in New Delhi. The Key Account Sales Manager will be tasked with managing and growing relationships with key accounts, identifying growth opportunities, and strategically planning sales activities. Responsibilities include achieving sales targets, understanding client needs, addressing concerns, and ensuring exceptional customer experiences. Additionally, the role includes collaboration with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives and support overall organizational growth.
Qualifications- Proven expertise in Sales and Key Accounts Management
- Experience in Customer Service and Account Management
- Strong Communication skills and the ability to foster relationships with clients
