What role you will play in team: Provide expertise in compensation and benefits administration, ensuring compliance and competitiveness.

Key responsibility:

- Provide advice and guidance to employees and managers on compensation and benefits matters.
- Develop and maintain compensation and benefits policies and procedures.
- Prepare reports and presentations on compensation and benefits data.
Required Qualification and Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Finance, or a related field.
- 3-5 years of experience in compensation and benefits administration.
- Strong understanding of compensation and benefits principles and practices.
