Job Description
What role you will play in team: Manage and administer compensation and benefits programs for employees.
What you will do: Ensure accurate and timely processing of compensation and benefits information.
Key responsibility:
- Administer compensation and benefits programs, ensuring compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
- Process compensation changes and updates, including salary increases, bonuses, and promotions.
- Manage employee benefits enrollment and maintain accurate records.
- Answer employee inquiries regarding compensation and benefits.
- Prepare reports and analyses on compensation and benefits data.
- Stay up-to-date on changes in compensation and benefits legislation.
Required Qualification and Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 1-2 years of experience in compensation and benefits administration.
- Strong understanding of compensation and benefits principles and practices.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Experience with HRIS systems.
