Investment Banking Senior Associate - Financial Sponsors Advisory

What role you will play in team: You will advise private equity firms and other financial sponsors on investment opportunities and portfolio company management.

What you will do: You'll conduct due diligence, prepare investment memorandums, and assist with portfolio company improvements.

Key responsibility:

• Conduct financial due diligence on potential investments.
• Prepare detailed investment memorandums and presentations.
• Advise financial sponsors on investment strategies.
• Support portfolio company management and operational improvements.
• 
  Monitor market trends and identify investment opportunities.
• Maintain relationships with financial sponsors and portfolio companies.

Required Qualification and Skills:

• MBA/CFA preferred.
• Extensive experience in financial sponsors advisory or private equity.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in financial modeling and valuation techniques.
• Deep understanding of the Indian market.
