Investment Banking Senior Manager - Restructuring

What role you will play in team: Lead engagements related to financial restructuring, acting as a key advisor to clients facing financial distress.

What you will do: Develop restructuring strategies, manage engagements, analyze financial data, and communicate with stakeholders.

Key responsibility:

• Lead and manage complex financial restructuring engagements.
• Develop and implement restructuring strategies for financially distressed companies.
• Analyze financial statements, perform cash flow projections, and develop valuation models.
• Negotiate with creditors, stakeholders, and other parties involved in the restructuring process.

• Prepare reports and presentations for clients and other stakeholders.
• Mentor junior team members.

Required Qualification and Skills:

• CA, CFA, MBA, or equivalent qualification.
• Minimum 8-10 years of experience in financial restructuring, preferably in an advisory role.
• Deep understanding of financial modeling and valuation techniques.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
