Job Description
What role you will play in team: Lead engagements related to financial restructuring, acting as a key advisor to clients facing financial distress.
What you will do: Develop restructuring strategies, manage engagements, analyze financial data, and communicate with stakeholders.
Key responsibility:
- Lead and manage complex financial restructuring engagements.
- Develop and implement restructuring strategies for financially distressed companies.
- Analyze financial statements, perform cash flow projections, and develop valuation models.
- Negotiate with creditors, stakeholders, and other parties involved in the restructuring process.
- Prepare reports and presentations for clients and other stakeholders.
- Mentor junior team members.
Required Qualification and Skills:
- CA, CFA, MBA, or equivalent qualification.
- Minimum 8-10 years of experience in financial restructuring, preferably in an advisory role.
- Deep understanding of financial modeling and valuation techniques.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Experience in managing complex engagements.
