IT Support Specialist
Job Description
What role you will play in team: You will be part of a team providing comprehensive IT support to our employees. You will ensure the smooth running of our IT infrastructure and provide excellent technical support.
What you will do: You will troubleshoot technical issues, install and configure software, and provide training to employees on various IT systems.
Key responsibility:
- Provide first and second-level technical support to employees
- Troubleshoot hardware and software problems
- Install and configure computer systems, software, and peripherals
- Maintain network security
- Provide training to employees on IT systems
- Document technical procedures and knowledge base articles
- Work with vendors to resolve technical issues
- Maintain inventory of IT equipment
Required Qualification and Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field
- 1-2 years of experience in IT support
- Strong knowledge of Windows and Mac operating systems
- Experience with networking and security
