Private Equity Consultant - Transaction Advisory Services

What role you will play in team: Provide transaction advisory services to private equity firms and their portfolio companies.

What you will do: Conduct financial due diligence, valuation, and other advisory services.

Key responsibility:

• Conduct financial due diligence on potential investments.
• Perform valuation analyses of businesses and assets.
• Prepare reports and presentations for clients.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients.
• 
  Support deal execution process from initiation to closing.
• Manage transaction data and ensure accurate records.

Required Qualification and Skills:

• Chartered Accountancy (CA) or MBA from a reputed institute.
• 2-4 years of experience in transaction advisory services or private equity.
• Strong financial modeling and valuation skills.
• In-depth understanding of accounting principles.
• Excellent communication and report writing skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
