Job Description
What role you will play in team: Provide transaction advisory services to private equity firms and their portfolio companies.
What you will do: Conduct financial due diligence, valuation, and other advisory services.
Key responsibility:
- Conduct financial due diligence on potential investments.
- Perform valuation analyses of businesses and assets.
- Prepare reports and presentations for clients.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients.
- Support deal execution process from initiation to closing.
- Manage transaction data and ensure accurate records.
Required Qualification and Skills:
- Chartered Accountancy (CA) or MBA from a reputed institute.
- 2-4 years of experience in transaction advisory services or private equity.
- Strong financial modeling and valuation skills.
- In-depth understanding of accounting principles.
- Excellent communication and report writing skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
