Job Description
What role you will play in team: Lead and mentor junior team members while managing complex financial modeling and analysis for various transactions.
What you will do: Manage multiple projects simultaneously, lead client communication, and guide junior staff in deal execution.
Key responsibility:
- Leading financial modeling and valuation for complex transactions
- Managing and mentoring junior team members
- Client interaction and relationship management
- Due diligence and transaction execution oversight
- Preparation of presentations and proposals for senior management and clients
Required Qualification and Skills:
- MBA or equivalent degree with significant experience in Investment Banking
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Exceptional financial modeling and analytical skills
- Experience with large-scale transactions
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
