Job Description
What role you will play in team: You will be part of a team advising clients on mergers, acquisitions, and divestitures. You will conduct due diligence, valuation, and integration planning. You will be collaborating closely with senior consultants and deal teams.
What you will do: You will work on all phases of M&A transactions, from initial assessment to post-merger integration. You will be involved in financial modeling, valuation, and due diligence processes.
Key responsibility:
- Conduct financial due diligence on target companies.
- Develop financial models and valuations.
- Assist in the negotiation of transaction terms.
- Develop integration plans for post-merger integration.
- Prepare presentations and reports for clients and stakeholders.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of M&A trends and regulations.
- Collaborate effectively with deal teams and clients.
Required Qualification and Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or Economics.
- 0-1 years of experience in mergers and acquisitions or related field.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in financial modeling software.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
