Job Description

What role you will play in team: You'll support the Talent Acquisition team in managing the full-cycle recruiting process for various roles within PwC.

What you will do: You will assist with scheduling interviews, coordinating logistics, and managing candidate communications.

Key responsibility:

  • Coordinate interview scheduling with candidates and hiring managers.
  • Manage candidate communications throughout the recruitment process.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS).
  • Assist with the preparation of offer letters and onboarding documentation.
  • Support the recruitment team with administrative tasks, such as data entry and file management.
  • Collaborate with the team to ensure a positive candidate experience.

Required Qualification and Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field preferred.
  • 0-1 year of experience in administrative support or recruitment coordination.
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Excel and Word.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

  • Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and prioritize effectively.
