Job Description

What role you will play in team: You will be a key player in our talent acquisition team, partnering with hiring managers to find top-tier candidates for various roles within PwC. You will manage the full recruitment cycle.

What you will do: Develop and execute recruitment strategies, source candidates, conduct interviews, and manage the offer process. You'll collaborate closely with hiring managers.

Key responsibility:

  • Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies to attract top talent.
  • Screen resumes and conduct initial phone interviews.
  • Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and candidates.
  • Manage the candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
  • Extend job offers and negotiate compensation packages.
  • Track key metrics and report on recruitment progress.

Required Qualification and Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in full-cycle recruitment.
  • Proven success in attracting and hiring top talent.
  • Strong knowledge of applicant tracking systems (ATS).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong understanding of employment law.
