Profile: Junior IT Support

Location: Delhi

Experience: 2+ years of experience in IT support, reporting, or system integration

Salary: Negotiable, depending upon the candidates skills.

Role Purpose

To provide technical and analytical support to the business by assisting with IT reporting, creating dashboards, enabling AI adoption, supporting system integrations, and resolving IT-related queries. This role will help improve data-driven decision-making and ensure smooth IT operations across the organisation.

Key Responsibilities

• IT Reporting & Dashboards
• Design and maintain interactive dashboards using Tableau (or other BI tools as required).
• Collaborate with business teams to understand reporting needs and deliver actionable insights.
• AI Enablement
• Support the business in exploring and implementing AI tools and solutions.
• Assist in training and guiding teams on how to leverage AI for efficiency and innovation.
  
• System Integration
• Assist in integrating different business systems to ensure seamless data flow and process automation.
• Work with IT Manager and vendors to troubleshoot integration issues and maintain connectivity.
• IT Support & Development
• Respond to IT enquiries from internal stakeholders promptly and effectively.
• Assist in system development projects and enhancements under the guidance of the IT Manager.
• Maintain documentation for IT processes and solutions

Skills & Qualifications

• Essential:
• Basic knowledge of IT systems and troubleshooting.
• Familiarity with data visualisation tool Tableau

• Degreein IT, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• 2+ years of experience in IT support, reporting, or system integration
