AI/ML Agentic AI, GEN AI, Python, PyTorch, Java, LangChain, LLMs, Prompt Engineering, Retrieval Augmented Generation leveraging AI to improve the customer experience and productivity across the E2E customer service value chain, to completely transform Client Care through Digital & AI
Work with Product Owner to review user stories and prepare Sprint plans
Code development and Unit testing as per standards

Develop test cases, execute them
Leverage standard Testing best practice methodologies
Provide development support for UAT & Release testing and provide defect resolution
Follow Agile software development practices
