Job Description
- You should possess excellent communication skills along with strong teamwork and interpersonal skills. Ideally, you should have 1-2 years of experience in voice and back-office work, preferably in an insurance process. Good typing skills are essential, and you should be proficient in understanding and speaking the English language. Client engagement is a key aspect of this role.
As for your education and experience, a graduate in any discipline is required, preferably from an accounting background such as BCOM. Schooling from an ICSE/CBSE board is preferred.
