Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Talent Acquisition Specialist at a Conglomerate in South Delhi. The Talent Acquisition Manager will be responsible for full-lifecycle recruiting (IT and Non-IT), hiring, employer branding, interviewing, and overall recruiting strategies to identify and acquire top talent for the company.
- Determine current staffing needs and produce forecasts
- Develop TA strategies and hiring plans
- Lead employment branding initiatives
- Perform sourcing to fill open positions and anticipate future needs
- Plan and conduct recruitment and selection processes (interviews, screening calls etc.)
- Take steps to ensure a positive candidate experience
- Assist in employee retention and development
- Supervise recruiting personnel
Qualifications
- Full-life Cycle Recruiting and Hiring skills of both IT and NON-IT profiles
- Strong recruiting acumen
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of recruitment tools and techniques
- Bachelors degree in Human Resources or related field
