PRIMUS Techsystems is looking for a dynamic Project Management Specialist to join our growing Project Management Office (PMO).
This is an exciting opportunity to be part of IT consulting and SAP/digital transformation projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and with the highest quality standards.
Reporting To: PMO Head / Delivery Director
Key Responsibilities:

- Assist in creating and tracking detailed project plans, milestones, risks, and dependencies.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams (SAP, Salesforce, Siemens, Technical & Functional).
- Maintain dashboards, progress reports, and governance compliance.
- Manage stakeholders through clear communication and timely updates.
- Identify risks/issues and support mitigation planning.
Qualifications & Skills:

- Master's or Bachelors Degree in Engineering/Management or related field.
- 3-5 years of IT project management experience (IT services/consulting).
- Mandatory certification: PMP / Agile (Scrum Master) / Six Sigma.

- On-time & on-budget project delivery.
- Adherence to quality and governance frameworks.
- High client satisfaction (CSAT/NPS).
