Role Description

Business Development Manager:

This is a full-time, on-site role opening in different cities in ROTN Coimbatore,Madurai,Trichy and down south for a Business Development Manager.This role involves identifying and pursuing business development opportunities for company serviced properties signing and successful onboarding.This role will own acquisition, negotiations and business growth for self operated business.

Must have: 5years + in BD/Franchise/Hospitality/Telecom

Looking for strong deal making and execution capabilities preferred.

Revenue Lead:

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Coimbatore for a revenue lead role driving revenue growth, and establishing and maintaining relationships with potential and existing patrons and clients. The candidate will analyze market trends, create and implement strategies to meet revenue targets, and work closely with cross-functional teams to optimize performance. The role requires leadership skills to guide teams, meet organizational objectives, and support the growth of PRISMs operations in the region.

Must have: 3 years + in Strong business and negotiation skills/account management/strong execution in hospitality operations/Telecom background preferred.

Qualifications

  • Strong business development and sales skills, including partnership building, lead generation, and market analysis
  • Proficiency in revenue management, strategic planning, and financial forecasting

  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills
  • Ability to lead teams, manage stakeholders, and drive results in a target-driven environment
  • Previous experience in the hospitality, real estate, or urban innovation industries is a plus
  • Bachelors degree in Business, Management, Marketing, or a related field; MBA preferred
  • Capacity to work on-site in Coimbatore hub and collaborate with an interdisciplinary team
