Role Overview:
As the Senior Manager - Learning & Development, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing comprehensive learning and development programs that align with Pristyn Care's strategic goals. This role involves working closely with senior leadership, department heads, and HR business partners to identify training needs, create engaging learning experiences, and measure the impact of L&D initiatives. You will play a crucial role in enhancing employee performance, fostering leadership capabilities, and driving a culture of continuous learning across the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough training needs analyses across various departments to identify skill gaps and development opportunities.
- Design and develop engaging and effective learning programs, including instructor-led training, e-learning modules, workshops, and on-the-job training, tailored to specific employee needs.


- Facilitate leadership development programs to cultivate strong leadership skills and prepare high-potential employees for future leadership roles.
- Manage the end-to-end learning process, from program design and delivery to evaluation and reporting, ensuring programs are delivered on time and within budget.
- Partner with subject matter experts to create relevant and up-to-date training content that reflects industry best practices and company standards.
- Implement and manage a learning management system (LMS) to track employee training progress, manage course content, and generate reports on training effectiveness.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of L&D programs through various methods, including surveys, assessments, and performance data, and make recommendations for continuous improvement.
- Drive employee engagement through innovative learning initiatives and create a culture of continuous learning and development across the organization.
- Oversee the performance management process, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and providing employees with constructive feedback and development plans.
- Manage and mentor a team of L&D professionals, providing guidance, support, and development opportunities to enhance their skills and performance.

- Demonstrated ability to design and deliver impactful learning and development programs aligned with business objectives.
- Proven expertise in leadership development, performance management, and employee engagement strategies.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and facilitation skills, with the ability to engage and inspire diverse audiences.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to assess training needs and measure program effectiveness.
- Proficiency in using learning management systems (LMS) and other learning technologies.
- Ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
- A Master's degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, or a related field is preferred.
- Experience: 5 - 9 years
