.Key Responsibilities:

• Voice Support: Make outbound calls to US-based insurance companies to follow up on pending medical claims.
• Analytical Claim Resolution: Analyze denied claims, identify billing errors, and take corrective actions to ensure payment.
• Documentation: Maintain precise records of insurance responses and update internal databases.
• Revenue Cycle Management (RCM):
  
  Learn and execute end-to-end RCM processes to maximize revenue for healthcare providers.

Who Can Apply? (Eligibility Criteria)

• Education: B.Sc / M.Sc / B.Tech in Biotechnology, Microbiology , Biochemistry, Zoology, Genetics, Pharmacy, or any Life Science stream who completed from 2023-2026 batches.
