Qualification : Any UG graduates from 2023 - 2025 pass out

Process : US Healthcare (Healthcare )

Shift : Vacancies are available for both day & Night shifts

We are hiring fresh graduates for an International Voice Process Medical Billing role. This position involves interacting with international clients and insurance companies over calls to support medical billing and insurance-related queries. No prior experience is required, as complete training will be provided.

Key Responsibilities

• Make and receive international calls related to medical billing and insurance.
• 
  Communicate with insurance providers to check claim status and payment details.
• Assist in resolving billing-related queries professionall.
• Update and maintain accurate call and claim information in the system.
• Follow company guidelines and data privacy standards (HIPAA).
• Meet quality and performance targets after training

Eligibility & Qualifications

• Any graduate or undergraduate ffrom 2023 - 2026 batches (freshers welcome).
• Good communication skills in English.
• Willingness to work in night shifts / US time zones.
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn
