Job Title: Business Development Manager (Healthcare)
Job Location: Novato OR San Francisco Bay Area, California
About the Role
We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Business Development professional with a proven track record of acquiring and managing Healthcare/Government sector and BFSI clients. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving strategic partnerships, expanding market presence, and achieving revenue growth through new client acquisition (New Logo) and relationship management.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify, prospect, and secure new business opportunities within the Healthcare and Government sectors.
- Build and nurture long-term client relationships with decision-makers, procurement leaders, and CXOs.
- Develop and execute go-to-market strategies to position the organization as a trusted partner in Healthcare and Government domains.
- Manage the end-to-end sales cycle: lead generation, client presentations, RFP/RFI responses, proposal development, negotiations, and deal closures.
- Collaborate with internal teams (Delivery, Recruitment, Operations, and Finance) to ensure seamless client onboarding and project execution.
- Stay updated with market trends, policies, and compliance requirements specific to Healthcare and Government contracts.
- Track sales performance, prepare regular reports, and contribute to quarterly and annual business targets.
Required Skills & Experience
- 10+years of Business Development / Sales experience, with at least 2+ years in Healthcare and/or Government accounts/BFSI.

- Proven record of bringing in large clients and delivering revenue growth.
- Strong understanding of government procurement processes, compliance, and bidding.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and drive results in a competitive market.
- Strong network and industry connections in Healthcare and Government verticals.
