Job Description

    As a dynamic and experienced Sales Leader with a strong background in the Semiconductor industry working with ASIC/FPGA/IP/SOC/Ethernet/CPU/GPU Chip Design providers, your primary role will be to drive sales strategy, manage key accounts, and nurture strong customer relationships to achieve business growth. You will lead initiatives to generate and engage with business partners, build new business, maintain existing business, and identify partnership opportunities. Your focus should be on developing new relationships to help the company expand, while also ensuring project success through critical thinking and strategic execution.
    To excel in this role, you should possess a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience, along with 10+ years of proven experience in Sales/Account Management within the Semiconductor industry. A strong understanding of the sales process and customer relationship management is crucial, along with excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. You should be able to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, manage multiple priorities effectively, and be willing to travel as needed.
