Senior Product Manager

Role & responsibilities

• Define the product vision, strategy, and roadmap in alignment with company objectives.
• Conduct market research to identify customer needs, market trends, and competitive landscape.
• Collaborate with engineering teams to guide product development, ensuring that features meet user needs and are delivered on time and within budget.
• Work with marketing and sales teams to develop go-to-market strategies and support product launches.
• 
  Gather and analyse feedback from customers, stakeholders, and other teams to make informed product decisions.
• Define and analyse key performance metrics to measure product success and inform future strategies.
• Prioritise product features and tasks, managing the product backlog and development timelines.
• Communicate progress, challenges, and achievements to stakeholders and company leadership.

• Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, computer science, or a related field; MBA or equivalent experience preferred.
• Application-specific product experience is a must.
