Job Description
Job Role:
- Initiating proceedings under Sec 138 of NI Act 1881 and Sec. 25 of Payment & Settlement Act 2007.
- Initiating proceedings under SARFAESI Act 2002 from issuance of 13.2 notice till registration of sale certificate
- Handling Arbitration Proceedings such as filing application under Sec 17, section 9 for interim relief and enforcement of award under Sec 36 to effect recovery.
- Handling Execution Proceedings, including filing of execution matters before the concerned courts, and handling the same till its logical conclusion.
- To take care of cases / filing of cases under Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code and to take all the requisite steps such as filing of claim, attending COC meeting, voting in the COC meeting to ensure proper representation for the organisation.
- Responsible for Providing Legal Solutions with respect to the needs of the Organization for recovery in defaulted cases and supporting collection department at each and every step
- Handling Day to Day cases arising out of various disputes, filed by and against the organization.
- Should have experience in organizing Lok Adalat, Mediations and Conciliation camps in a cost-effective manner.
- Should have practised before courts & corporate exposure would be preferred.
- Should be able to handle Court Matters I,e, Before NCLT, NCLAT, High Court, District Court, DRT and Consumer Forum
- Maintaining legal cases MIS data and updates thereon on daily basis.

- Education Qualification: L.L.B. / L. L. M
- Total No of experience: 8 10 years
Desired Skill Set:
Functional
- Excellent communication and drafting of complaints/ petitions/complaints/ written statements/ notice/ notice reply /objections etc. for quick movement of cases.
- Strong knowledge of Consumer Protection Act/Contract Act/Limitation Act/ Transfer of Property Act/SEARAESI/ Arbitration / Cr.P.C/IPC/CPC
