Role Overview

As a Client Partner / Partner P&O, you are a trusted advisor to clients and a strategic driver within Professa Consulting Group. You will lead client relationships, oversee complex engagements, and shape transformational journeys that deliver tangible business outcomes. This is both a leadership and a hands-on role for someone who thrives in driving strategic impact and scaling consulting success.

Key Responsibilities

Client Leadership & Relationship Management

Serve as the primary point of contact for key client accounts, building long-term, trusted advisor relationships with senior stakeholders (C-suite and equivalent).

Understand client needs deeply and translate them into impactful consulting engagements aligned with our outcome first philosophy.

Provide strategic oversight and guidance across engagements, ensuring value delivery and client satisfaction.

Business Development & Growth

Identify, pursue, and convert new business opportunities across your domain(s) of expertise.

Lead proposal development, solution design, and pitch processes with multidisciplinary teams.

Revenue Leadership: Drive revenue growth through account expansion, upselling, and cross-selling opportunities.

Cross-Practice Collaboration: Collaborate with global teams to expand Professas footprint and influence in new and existing markets.

Consultative Selling: Act as a trusted advisor to C-level stakeholders, offering tailored solutions that align with their business goals.

Thought Leadership & Domain Expertise

Leverage your industry or functional expertise to develop innovative frameworks, methodologies, and insights.

Represent Professa in industry forums, conferences, and publications, enhancing the firms global thought leadership.

Mentor internal consultants and foster a culture of curiosity, excellence, and knowledge-sharing.

Operational & Practice Leadership

Contribute to practice development, including methodology design, capability building, and internal process excellence.

Partner with other senior leaders to shape strategic direction and ensure alignment with Professas mission and values.

Compensation and Benefits

The partner compensation model at Professa Consulting Group (India) offers a balanced and performance-driven structure, including a 10% revenue share on individual contributions, a competitive per diem consulting fee ranging from and annual profit sharing from a 1020% profit pool based on contribution and leadership.

After three years, partners become eligible for equity stakes (based on the valuation of the company) with a structured vesting schedule over five years.

Ideal Profile

12+ years of experience in management consulting, corporate strategy, or a leadership role in industry or academia.

Proven success in managing executive-level client relationships and delivering multi-stakeholder transformation programs.

Entrepreneurial mindset with a strong track record in business development and revenue growth.

Deep expertise in at least one domain (e.g., Digital Transformation, Organizational Change, Sales Enablement, Operational Excellence, Sustainability, etc.)

Global experience and cultural fluency; able to work across geographies and cross-functional teams.

Excellent communication, storytelling, and influencing skills.

A blend of academic rigor and business pragmatism ideally with advanced degrees (MBA, PhD, etc.) or equivalent experience.
