Progcap has spent the last decade building one of India's richest datasets across MSMEs and supply chains, along with deep capabilities in lending, technology, and risk management.
We are looking for a builder who can harness these capabilities to create the next generation of data-driven lending and portfolio intelligence.
What you'll do
- Build decision engines and analytical frameworks that unlock new lending opportunities, improve customer outcomes, and enhance lending decisions across the customer lifecycle.
- Develop frameworks for CAM-based lending, pre-approved offers, limit enhancement, and cross-sell opportunities.

- Create proprietary risk and opportunity models using transaction, GST, banking, repayment, and alternative data.
- Leverage AI, machine learning, and analytics to improve lending decisions, customer outcomes, and portfolio performance.
- Partner with business, product, credit, and technology teams to take ideas from insight to production.
- Drive data-driven decision-making across the lending lifecycle.
What we're looking for
- 8-15 years of experience in decision science, data science, credit strategy, portfolio analytics, or risk analytics.
- Proven experience building and deploying production-grade decisioning systems.
- Strong commercial orientation with a track record of delivering measurable business impact.
- Experience working with large datasets and translating insights into scalable business outcomes.
- Strong problem-solving skills, intellectual curiosity, and a builder's mindset.
- Prior experience in lending, financial services, fintech, or other data-intensive industries preferred.
