Job Description
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business and functional requirements
- Work closely with network engineers, data architects, and security teams to ensure alignment with technical and compliance standards
- Translate business needs into structured documentation: process flows, user stories, and functional specs
- Support solution design workshops, ensuring alignment with business goals and architectural principles
- Conduct business/operational impact assessments and support process re-engineering as needed
- Prepare & circulate MoMs, track decisions, and follow up on action items across teams and vendors

- Create high-quality PowerPoint presentations to communicate processes, solutions, and decisions
- Maintain requirement traceability across design, development, and testing phases
- Assist in documenting change requests and supporting impact assessments with delivery leads
- Support Agile/SAFe ceremonies including backlog grooming, sprint planning, and reviews
