Senior Manager Ecommerce - Experience In Managing Alpha Business - Flipkart/Myntra

Role Description The Senior Manager Ecommerce will lead and grow Alpha business on marketplaces such as Flipkart and Myntra, overseeing end-to-end performance of assigned categories and brands.

Location : Gurgaon (Sohna Road - Sector 48 )

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Gurgaon, responsible for setting and executing online sales strategies, managing assortment, pricing, and promotions, and driving revenue and profitability targets. Day-to-day responsibilities include managing platform relationships, monitoring analytics and dashboards, and coordinating campaigns and brand visibility initiatives.

The role also involves close collaboration with clients, marketing agencies , supply chain, and finance teams to ensure stock availability, efficient operations, and consistent brand positioning across channels.

The Senior Manager will mentor team members, provide performance insights, and actively identify new growth opportunities within existing and new marketplace partnerships.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong Analytical Skills to interpret marketplace data, track KPIs, forecast demand, and drive data-based decisions.
• Candidates should possess effective Communication skills to collaborate with internal teams, negotiate with platform partners, and present performance insights to stakeholders.
• Candidates should possess solid Sales experience, particularly in driving revenue, managing targets, and optimizing assortment and pricing within e-commerce marketplaces.
• Candidates should possess deep E-Commerce expertise, including marketplace operations, listing optimization, inventory and pricing management, and experience with platforms like Flipkart and Myntra.
• Candidates should possess Marketing skills to plan and execute campaigns, manage visibility and promotions, and strengthen brand presence across online channels.
• Relevant qualifications include a bachelors or masters degree in business, marketing, retail management, or a related field, along with prior experience managing marketplace P&L for fashion, beauty, or lifestyle brands.
• Additional beneficial skills include proficiency in Excel and analytics tools, familiarity with ERP or OMS systems, leadership and team management capabilities, and a strong understanding of Indias online consumer behavior.
