Lead - Asset Management

Lead the Future of IT Asset Management.
Location: Hyderabad (Hybrid Mode).
Experience: 7-10 Years.

- We're looking for an Asset Management Lead to take ownership of IT asset management, ensuring compliance, governance, and efficiency while driving business value.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage IT asset inventory and track asset movements with accurate and timely updates.
- Administer, manage, and carry out all aspects of the CMDB process.
- Ensure compliance with ITIL standards and best practices, supporting stakeholders.
- Collaborate with procurement and finance teams for cost-effective asset acquisition.
- Monitor asset performance, conduct assessments, and recommend improvements.

- Maintain transparent documentation and reporting of assets across the organization.
- Work closely with IT teams to integrate asset management processes with other ITIL practices.
- Ensure compliant disposal of obsolete or surplus assets.
- Analyze asset data to identify trends, risks, and improvement opportunities.
- Report asset management metrics to senior leadership on a regular basis.
- Capture and maintain comprehensive dependencies in the asset management system, including:
- Business functions supported by assets.
- Dependencies on technical services.
- Dependencies on upstream business applications.
