Job Description
Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Business Development Executive to drive the sales and market expansion of our Construction ERP software. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the construction industry, technology solutions, and proven expertise in business development and client relationship management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead Generation & Market Research:
- Identify and target potential clients in the construction industry, including contractors, developers, and project management firms.
- Conduct market research to understand industry trends, pain points, and opportunities for ERP solutions.
- Client Outreach & Relationship Management:
- Build a robust pipeline of prospective clients through cold calling, networking, attending industry events, and digital marketing initiatives.
- Develop and maintain long-term relationships with clients, ensuring customer satisfaction and retention.
- Product Demonstration & Consultation:
- Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to highlight the features, benefits, and value of the Construction ERP software.
- Understand client requirements and tailor solutions to meet their business needs.
- Sales Strategy & Execution:
- Develop and execute a sales plan to achieve or exceed sales targets and KPIs.
- Negotiate contracts and close deals in alignment with company policies.
- Collaboration & Reporting:
- Work closely with internal teams such as product development, marketing, and customer support to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Prepare and present regular sales reports, forecasts, and feedback to senior management.
- Industry Representation:

- Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and conferences to promote the ERP software and expand the network.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- 25 years of experience in business development, preferably in selling ERP solutions or software products to the construction industry.
- Strong knowledge of the construction industrys processes, challenges, and operational workflows.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Proficiency in using CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and capable of working independently or as part of a team.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Prior experience in SaaS sales or technology solutions for construction companies.
- Familiarity with ERP systems and their implementation processes.
- Existing network in the construction or real estate sector.
