About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced and driven finance professional to join our GCFO Finance Control team. This role will play a pivotal part in managing and enhancing financial control processes within a dynamic capital markets and investment banking environment. The ideal candidate will bring deep expertise in capital market products, end-to-end trade lifecycles, and financial reporting, combined with strong business analysis capabilities to support complex front-to-back transformation initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:

- Oversee and strengthen financial control processes, ensuring alignment with organizational and regulatory standards.

- Apply strong understanding of capital market products and manage full front-to-back (F2B) trade lifecycle processes.

- Support financial reporting processes, ensuring timely and accurate preparation of reports in compliance with internal policies and relevant accounting standards.

- Ensure compliance with IFRS requirements and other applicable regulatory reporting standards.

- Collaborate closely with multiple global stakeholders to drive business analysis for F2B transformation projects.

- Develop high-quality documentation, process maps, business requirements, and functional specifications.

- Drive initiatives to improve financial control frameworks, enhance operational efficiency, and support strategic finance projects.

- Act as a trusted advisor and collaborative team player across departments and geographies.
Technical Skills Required:

- Deep understanding of capital market products and complete front-to-back (F2B) trade cycle.

- Proven knowledge of financial reporting processes.

- Familiarity with IFRS requirements and related regulatory reporting standards (preferred).
Work Experience:

- Minimum 8 years of relevant experience in Investment Banking / Capital Markets.

- Proven track record in business analysis roles within complex F2B transformation projects.
