Key Responsibilities
Creator Onboarding & Management
? Identify and onboard potential creators as exclusive talents for the company.
? Coordinate contracts, documentation, and smooth onboarding of new creators.
? Maintain regular communication with creators for updates and support.

• Creator Research & Outreach
  

? Research emerging and established creators across social media platforms (YouTube, Instagram, Snapchat, etc.).
? Build and maintain a strong pipeline of potential talents.
? Assist in preparing talent profiles, databases, and reports.

• HR & Recruitment Support
  

? Assist in end-to-end recruitment: job postings, screening, scheduling interviews, and candidate follow-ups.
? Support HR operations like employee onboarding, documentation, attendance, and database management.
? Help in engagement activities and maintaining HR records.
