Job Description

You will be joining Renowned Financial Consulting as part of their team in Bangalore. As a CA Fresher, Qualified CA with 1-2 years of experience, CA Inter with 5-8 years of experience (including article ship), your main responsibilities will include preparing Financial Reporting, Planning, Budgeting, Forecasting, Management Information (MI) Reporting, and Financial Controllership functions.
Your role will involve 3-5 years of experience in the Record to Report function, focusing on the preparation and analysis of Financial Statements. You should have a strong understanding of the General Ledger and its relation to Sub-ledger processes, accounting workflow, and Chart of Accounts. Experience in working with a Metrics reporting structure will be beneficial.

You will be responsible for preparing Management Service Accounts for the Captive Entities, ensuring timely submission with Notes and Schedules. Regular interaction with the Domicile team to collect necessary information/inputs, perform General and Technical Accounting, and support client deliverables with high quality will be part of your daily tasks.
Skills and competencies required for this role include hands-on experience with Accounting Software/ERP (such as SAP, Oracle, People Soft), with exposure to SICS, D365, and E-Frame (IFRS-17) considered an advantage. Proficiency in MS-Office, especially MS-Excel, is essential. While knowledge of the Insurance sector is preferable, it is not mandatory. Strong written and spoken communication skills are necessary, along with the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
You should demonstrate good interpersonal skills, take ownership of tasks, be a quick learner, and work effectively as part of a team. The role may involve working on multiple projects with tight deadlines, necessitating the ability to deliver high-quality work consistently. You should have a good understanding of Chart of Accounts, Process workflow, and be proactive in identifying process improvement opportunities.
