Job Description
- You are invited to join a Well-Known Organization as an L&D Specialist for an IT-based Company located in Whitefield, Bangalore. This role involves working for 4 days a week during UK hours (1pm-10pm/2pm-11pm) in the IT industry, focusing on IT-based companies and startups.
As an L&D Specialist, you will be instrumental in the development and success of the global workforce by creating and delivering engaging training programs. This includes designing instructor-led sessions and e-learning courses using tools such as Articulate, Camtasia, and Captivate. Your responsibilities will encompass collaborating with subject matter experts to ensure training content aligns with business objectives and remains impactful.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop multimedia content in collaboration with SMEs, including videos, eLearning modules, and assessments.
- Design and conduct engaging training sessions, workshops, and team-building events for employees.
- Identify learning needs, implement effective strategies, and gather feedback for continuous improvement.
- Track training metrics, analyze program effectiveness, and promote programs through various communication channels.
- Stay updated on learning technologies and review job descriptions to enhance performance development.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Instructional Design or related field.
- 3+ years of experience in Learning & Development, preferably in a tech or startup setting.
- Proficiency in adult learning principles, instructional design, and e-learning tools.

- Strong communication and collaboration skills with the ability to build relationships with stakeholders.
- Experience with data analysis, learning management systems, and digital tools.
- Proactive problem-solver with excellent organizational and project management abilities.
