Sales & Operations Coordinator

We are looking for a Sales & Operations Coordinator to manage the day-to-day documentation and client coordination for our machinery supply operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing quotations, invoices, and delivery notes, maintaining smooth communication with clients, and coordinating delivery schedules with the logistics and operations teams.

Prepare and issue quotations, invoices, and delivery notes accurately and on time. Communicate with clients to confirm orders, address inquiries, and provide updates. Plan and schedule deliveries of machinery and equipment in coordination with warehouse and logistics teams. Maintain proper records of all sales documentation and transactions. Follow up with clients for order confirmations and payments. Assist in coordinating between the sales, accounts, and operations departments for seamless execution. Track and update delivery and inventory status regularly.
