Job Description
- As a Senior Manager in Temp Recruitment at our organization, you will play a pivotal role in leading and expanding our temporary hiring function. Your primary responsibility will involve developing and implementing effective recruitment strategies to meet the seasonal, project-based, or contingent workforce requirements throughout the company. The ideal candidate for this position should possess a strategic mindset coupled with hands-on operational expertise, particularly in overseeing extensive temporary recruitment programs.
Your key duties will encompass designing and executing comprehensive recruitment plans to cater to temporary, contractual, and short-term staffing demands. Collaborating closely with business leaders, workforce planners, and HR Business Partners will be crucial to align recruitment activities with the projected hiring needs. You will be tasked with establishing a scalable hiring framework to address high-volume recruitment across various departments such as operations, customer support, and field personnel. Additionally, you will be responsible for managing relationships with external recruitment agencies, staffing firms, and online job platforms.
Utilizing diverse sourcing channels like job boards, social media platforms, employee referrals, and campus recruitment drives will be essential for efficient talent acquisition for temporary roles. Leading and guiding a team of recruiters and coordinators specializing in temporary hiring will also fall within your purview. Your role will involve implementing data-driven recruitment processes to enhance time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, and quality-of-hire metrics. Regular reporting to the leadership team on hiring progress nationwide, pipeline status, and addressing any challenges will be a key aspect of your responsibilities.
Furthermore, you will be driving efforts to enhance employer branding initiatives specific to temporary recruitment. The ideal candidate should hold a Bachelor's or Master's degree in HR, Business, or a related field, along with over 12 years of experience in recruitment. Demonstrated expertise in managing temporary hiring for large enterprises or agencies, familiarity with recruitment technologies such as Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tools, data analytics, and vendor management are essential for this role. Strong leadership, stakeholder management, negotiation skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-oriented environment are prerequisites for success in this position.
