Backed by seasoned founders and domain experts, were looking for a hands-on technology leader to co-create the future of skill-based gaming.

What Youll Own

As our Founding CTO, youll be responsible for taking the product from idea to launch and beyond:.

- Architect and build the core real money gaming platform from scratch.

- Design scalable, low-latency systems handling real-time game states and payments.

- Write and review critical code for core services (game engine, wallet, matchmaking, leaderboard, etc.

- Build and lead a high-performance engineering team from the ground up.

- Own architecture, devops, security, infra, and performance strategy.

- Ensure game integrity, compliance, and platform scalability as we scale to millions of users.

You Are Someone Who

- Has Experience in the gaming or real-money gaming domain.

- Has 710 years of full-stack/backend experience, with prior startup exposure.

- Has built and scaled high-concurrency transactional systems (gaming/fintech/betting a big plus).

- Is deeply hands-on Java stack.

- Has experience with AWS/GCP, microservices, socket-based systems, and scalable infra.

- Can balance execution with architectural thinking.

- Has hired and mentored strong engineers, and thrives in early-stage chaos.
